  • Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you (e.g., providing your digital business card profile).

We use your Profile Data specifically to render your public digital business card. You have full control over what Profile Data is public.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your personal data with the following parties for the purposes set out in section 3:

  • Service Providers: IT and system administration services (e.g., AWS, Vercel).
  • Professional Advisers: Lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers.
  • Third Parties: If you use our Integrations feature to sync leads to Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zapier, data is shared with those platforms at your explicit request.
